I started in the weeds — doing the operational work of multiple businesses simultaneously. Managing calendars, writing documents, building tools, maintaining systems. I was good at it.

But I kept noticing the same thing everywhere I worked: the tools didn't connect, the processes weren't written down, and the founders were stuck doing work that should have been automated years ago.

I wasn't just a task executor. I was looking at the entire machine — and seeing exactly where it was broken.

I stopped asking "what needs to be done today?" and started asking "why does this need to be done manually at all?"

That question changed everything. Instead of executing tasks, I started designing the systems those tasks live inside. Instead of setting up tools, I started architecting ecosystems — where every tool connects, every process is documented, and everything runs without the founder in the middle of it.

That pivot is when Rae of Sunshine Consulting became what it is today.

Based in Cape Coast, Ghana — with eyes on the global stage — I work with organizations that have outgrown their scattered tools and need a real system.

My particular focus: diaspora-owned businesses building something serious across international boundaries. I understand the complexity of operating between markets, currencies, cultures, and time zones. I've built infrastructure for it.
