Common Questions

Where are you based and do you work with clients outside Ghana?
We are based in Cape Coast, Ghana and work with clients in Ghana, Canada, and the United States. All engagements are conducted remotely via video call, email, and WhatsApp. We have successfully delivered projects across multiple time zones with no issues.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing is specific to scope. Every business is different a CRM setup for a 2-person coaching practice and a CRM setup for a real estate firm with 10 agents are not the same project. We quote after a discovery call once we understand exactly what your business needs. There are no published packages because we do not believe in fitting your business into a box.
Do I need Zoho One to work with you?
Zoho One is our primary platform and what we recommend for most clients because it gives you CRM, email, website, bookings, documents, and automation in one integrated system. However, we also build on Squarespace, MemberVault, Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, and other platforms. We work with what your business needs not what is most convenient for us.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by scope. A full CRM setup typically takes 2–3 weeks. A website build runs 3–5 weeks depending on the number of pages and integrations. A complete infrastructure build covering CRM, brand, website, and email can run 8–12 weeks. Every project timeline is specified in the proposal before work begins.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
It depends on the service. For a CRM setup, we need access to your Zoho account and your current client list. For a website build, we need your brand assets, page copy, and any photos you want to use. For documentation, we need a clear picture of how your business currently operates. We send a client intake form after the proposal is approved that covers everything we need before build begins.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project is complete?
Yes. Every project includes a 30-day support period. After that, many clients move to a monthly retainer for ongoing administration, updates, and expansion. Retainer availability is discussed during or after the project we only take on retainer clients we can serve well, so availability is limited.
Can I hire you for just one service, or do I need the full stack?
You can engage us for any single service. That said, we will always be honest with you during the discovery call if we think a different starting point would produce better results for your business. We will never upsell you into something you do not need but we will tell you if what you are asking for depends on something that is not yet in place.
