All services are provided subject to a separate Service Agreement signed before work begins. These Terms of Service govern your general use of our website and free resources.

We offer free resources including assessments, PDF guides, and checklists. By downloading or accessing these resources, you agree that:

• You may receive follow-up emails related to the resource — you can unsubscribe at any time

5. Client Engagements

All client work is governed by a signed Service Agreement which takes precedence over these general Terms of Service. Key principles that apply to all engagements:

• Scope — work is scoped and approved before it begins. Changes to scope are documented and may affect pricing and timeline
• Payment — payment terms are specified in the Service Agreement. Work does not begin until an initial payment is received
• Client responsibilities — clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and required access to their platforms and accounts
• Timeline — project timelines are estimates. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials are not the responsibility of Rae of Sunshine Consulting
• Confidentiality — we treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties

6. Limitation of Liability

Rae of Sunshine Consulting provides services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. However, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
• Business outcomes or results that depend on factors outside our control
• Third-party platform outages, changes, or limitations (including Zoho, Paystack, or other tools used in delivery)
• Errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client

Our total liability in any matter arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
